Boosey & Hawkes ‘Besson Imperial’ 767 model euphonium, made in England circa 1984 in bright silver plated finish with 11″ bell, large shank mouthpiece receiver and four compensating valves.
Not to be confused with the later 1990’s Besson International 700 series euphoniums which were non-compensating and the latest German made version.
This euphonium is exactly the same as a Boosey & Hawkes Imperial or Besson New Standard which continued to be made by B&H/Besson as a ‘767’ alongside the new Besson Sovereign ‘967’ through the mid 1980’s.
In excellent playing and very good cosmetic condition. Complete with a hard case.
