Do you offer a warranty/guarantee?

New Geneva instruments are covered by their lifetime warranty and new JP instruments are covered by a two year warranty details of which can be provided on request.

Ex-demo and used instruments come with a six month warranty against any mechanical defects and should a fault occur at my discretion the instrument can be returned to me for repair or taken to a repairer of your choice with the cost being reimbursed. This warranty does not cover issues with cosmetic silver/gold plating or lacquer finishes nor damage caused by accident or misuse.

I have much catch-up practising to do in order to do the quality of the euphonium justice, but having this fine quality instrument makes the task so much more pleasurable.  Thank you for your excellent service and this top quality instrument.

Having not played for nearly 30 years I had the desire to play the cornet again. I am based in Qatar where there are very limited options to purchase any quality instruments. I wanted a Besson Sovereign and Duchy Brass had an ex demo available at a very reasonable price, offering a good saving on a brand new one. I did some reviews and Duchy Brass’s proven track record was reassuring, having supplied instruments to customers previously in  the USA and the Far East. Jenny’s assistance and service was excellent, with the parcel being delivered to me in Qatar in 4 days. Arrived all packaged securely and marked as fragile, thus ensuring the safe delivery. Got it straight out the case and played like I had hoped. Looks and feels like brand new. One very happy customer.
